The service

Sorted is team chat where every work item is a conversation. You get an account by signing in with your email address, and you use it in one or more workspaces that you create or are invited to.

Plans and payment

• The Free plan allows up to 3 members and 3 boards per workspace, keeps 90 days of message history in the apps, and includes 5 GB of file storage.
• The Team plan is R299 per month for up to 10 members, plus R45 per month for each member beyond 10, billed monthly through PayFast.
• The Business plan is R550 per month with no limit on members, 100 GB of file storage and files up to 500 MB, billed monthly through PayFast.
• Prices are in South African Rand and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
• You can cancel at any time. The workspace returns to the Free plan at the end of the paid month, and content beyond the Free limits stays stored but read-only until the workspace fits the limits again.
• Extra members are counted at the start of each billing month.

Your content

You and your team own what you put into Sorted. You give us permission to store, transmit and display it so the service works. You are responsible for having the right to share what you upload and for keeping your workspace's roster accurate.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sorted to send spam, to store unlawful material, to harass people, or to attack the service or other users. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We aim to keep Sorted running all the time, but it is provided as is and we do not promise uninterrupted service. We back up data regularly. Keep your own copies of anything critical; "Export my data" on the Me tab helps with that.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account from the Me tab at any time. We can end the agreement with reasonable notice, or immediately for a serious breach. On termination we delete workspaces that have no remaining members.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under South African law, including under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
